This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Address and resolve all customer complaints and requests primarily via email.
• Analyze and evaluate customers’ needs.
• Provide information regarding product benefits to convert potential customers into paying clients.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Support.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English is essential.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A strong sense of personal accountability.
