This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the Support inbox, addressing customer emails, and returning phone calls.
• Acquiring knowledge of the Promoboxx platform to become a product expert.
• Responding to general inquiries regarding platform functionality and best practices from internal team members.
• Conducting individual Zoom training sessions with users.
• Maintaining and updating account and brand network information (which includes some basic data tasks).
• Gaining practical experience in social media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns.
• Providing support for additional team projects as necessary.
• Experience in customer service in various fields (such as retail, food service, or hospitality, which typically develop highly transferable skills for this role).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with technological tools and data spreadsheets is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Capability to quickly learn new software platforms and effectively communicate product functionality to customers.
