This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Address and resolve customer inquiries through all available channels, including email, chat, and Twitter.
β’ Forward complex inquiries to the relevant internal teams for further assistance.
β’ Continuously enhance your understanding of Paddle products and develop the ability to tackle increasingly complex queries as you advance in your role.
β’ Collect feedback, identify issues, propose innovative process enhancements, and actively participate in various team meetings.
β’ Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a customer-centric role, or a strong desire to transition into your first customer-focused position.
β’ Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
β’ Comfortable working remotely and effectively organized in communicating with teams across different time zones (GMT, AEST, EST, PHT).
β’ Passionate about interacting with people and dedicated to empowering customers.
β’ Willing to share experiences and feedback with others to enhance skills.
β’ Committed to continuous improvement and not settling for the status quo.
β’ Possess an investigative mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box.
