This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize churn.
• Foster customer service, loyalty, and growth of the customer base by establishing and nurturing relationships with assigned clients.
• Perform reviews of customer accounts and formulate strategic account plans.
• Engage in customer negotiations and adeptly handle objections related to competitive products to secure renewals and retain business.
• Enhance job knowledge and skills by engaging in educational opportunities and benchmarking industry best practices.
• Make and receive calls to customers to guarantee their satisfaction.
• A college degree or equivalent military experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management within a technology or complex environment, ideally within a B2B services organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete customer lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Calling, Microsoft Licensing, VoIP, Hosted PBX, SDWAN, and cloud networks and products.
• Experience conducting contract negotiations with C-level executives for migrations and renewals.
• Strong ability to research, analyze problems, and identify solutions.
• Capable of preparing written presentations, reports, and pricing quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn various skills and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Participation in multiple training sessions over the first 90 days, with ongoing training throughout your employment.
