This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Assist customers in troubleshooting their issues.
β’ Respond to inquiries regarding our products.
β’ Provide guidance to merchants on best practices.
β’ Ensure that every interaction results in an outstanding experience.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to address issues efficiently.
β’ Identify areas for enhancement in both our product offerings and support processes.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in SaaS or eCommerce customer support.
β’ Proven experience in supporting Shopify merchants.
β’ Familiarity with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools.
β’ Proficiency in using Slack.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with eCommerce marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Mailchimp, or similar is advantageous.
