• Conduct investigations and resolve incoming customer inquiries regarding DMS products and services
• Assist customers in navigating the website and troubleshoot any technical difficulties
• Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-focused support during customer interactions
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and sales teams to address post-sales customer requirements
• Work together with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
• Accurately log calls, cases, and support requests consistently
• Keep organized customer records and adhere to established support procedures
• Recognize recurring customer issues and share trends with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency
• A minimum of 2 years of inbound customer support experience
• An Associate’s degree or higher
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of managing time efficiently and working independently in a remote setting
• Experience in a SaaS environment (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems (Preferred)
