Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support to clients who speak Danish.

• Address customer queries and troubleshoot technical challenges.

• Keep precise customer records updated.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native Danish speaker (C2 level).

• Proficient English skills (B2 level) for effective internal communication and system usage.

• Must currently reside in Braga (mandatory).

• Possess a customer-focused mindset along with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Must have an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
