This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
β’ You will collaborate closely with our customers to identify, investigate, escalate, and provide guidance on their inquiries and issues.
β’ Your engagement with our customers significantly influences their ability to manage their teams effectively.
β’ You will partner with our global support team to promptly identify, resolve, escalate, and advise our customers regarding their questions and concerns.
β’ Prior experience in a SaaS B2B customer support position is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ A strong technical aptitude is required.
β’ You should demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity (to explore issues) and empathy (to foster positive customer experiences).
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks across various tools and platforms is necessary.
β’ A readiness to collaborate with diverse teams in an international and multilingual remote/hybrid setting is important.
