• Oversee modifications to orders directly with clients
• Address change orders, manage order logistics, resolve pricing discrepancies, and handle quantity-related issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding any challenges or issues related to confirmed orders
• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Experience with feed service software is preferred
• Background in the food brokerage industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to engage with personnel at all levels, including client contacts
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Outlook)
• Skilled in data entry software
• Physical Requirements: Visual acuity
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient listening skills
• Capability to carry 30 lbs.
