Customer Support & Service Coordinator – HVAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for the office, facilitating communication between customers, technicians, and management.

• Handle incoming calls and emails, record customer information in Service Titan, and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.

• Contact customers the day following job completion to ensure satisfaction and update them on parts orders.

• Participate in daily team meetings and oversee technician notes and job statuses in a collaborative application.

• Maintain an organized CRM portal and email inbox to ensure builder and client inquiries are addressed promptly.

• Enhance follow-up procedures utilizing basic automation or AI tools.

• Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and owner to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, particularly in a home service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical).

• Familiarity with basic air conditioning terminology.

• Prior experience with Service Titan or comparable scheduling software.

• Willingness to explore new tools to enhance office productivity.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Comfortable working hours aligned with Eastern Time.

• Availability for occasional extended hours, weekends, and US holidays during peak HVAC periods.

• Detail-oriented and organized in work habits.

• Ability to remain composed during periods of high call volume.

• Resume must be presented in English.

• Comfortable working as an independent contractor.

• Responsible for personal equipment, taxes, and benefits as an independent contractor.
