This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Deliver professional live support assistance to clients globally
• Address client emails and support processes related to account opening, amendments, and maintenance
• Manage back-office and client-related inquiries promptly
• Promote company products and services to both prospective and existing clients
• Discover sales opportunities and actively engage clients to enhance conversions and retention
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients
• Follow up with leads and assist clients throughout the onboarding experience
• Provide support for clients dealing with technical and troubleshooting issues concerning trading platforms
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction consistently
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues effectively
• Uphold professional telephone etiquette and communication standards
• Contribute to team objectives and achieve set sales and service targets.
• Native or fluent in Thai, both spoken and written, with proficient English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Prior experience in FX brokerage sales and/or customer support roles
• Experience in a similar position is regarded as a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the capacity to build client relationships
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
