• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands.

• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and meet performance standards.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to work autonomously while being accountable for schedules.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings is advantageous.
