This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B catering and events clientele, managing inquiries through phone and email.
• Oversee the entire order process: intake, updates, modifications, and cancellations.
• Facilitate seamless communication among restaurant staff, delivery personnel, and clients to ensure efficient operations.
• Address customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Carry out general customer service tasks as needed to support the wider team.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills — proficiency in both phone and email interactions is crucial.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within a B2B setting.
• Strong capability to de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively across various teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or account management.
• Familiarity with catering platforms, CRM software, or restaurant management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in the restaurant and/or catering industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Google Suite and VoIP/communication platforms.
• Full-time position (100% remote).
