This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively supporting The Studio Director's dedication to delivering an exceptional experience for each customer.
• Handling calls and emails from current Studio Director clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing payment account changes.
• Providing ad-hoc training for customers.
• Gaining proficiency in The Studio Director software to assist customers in maximizing their use of our product.
• Demonstrating empathy for each customer's circumstances and striving to understand and resolve their issues promptly.
• Identifying recurring customer challenges and offering suggestions for process improvements, product upgrades, and updates to the knowledge base.
• Delightfully surprising our customers with handwritten notes, remembering special occasions like birthdays, or going above and beyond to impress them.
• Minimizing cancellations by addressing problems and presenting solutions to customers facing any difficulties.
• A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant work experience are required.
• Technical software experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to independently manage complex customer issues.
• Must be friendly, professional, and dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with our customers.
• An organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle short-deadline projects on a daily basis.
• Excellent writing and communication skills over the phone.
• A critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player who excels both independently and as part of a group.
• Capable of multitasking, following directions, and executing tasks with accuracy.
• Must be a self-motivated, adaptable individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, empowered environment.
