This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver prompt, precise, and compassionate assistance to customers through chat and email.
• Analyze and comprehend customer requirements, guiding them through specific features and functionalities.
• Maintain and refresh internal knowledge bases and customer records.
• Communicate updates regarding new features, enhancements, or processes to customers.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a customer service or support capacity.
• A collaborative team member with a positive, “can-do” mindset.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Patient and empathetic while addressing difficult cases.
• Quick learner, comfortable utilizing various tools, including but not limited to: Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, & Google Workspace.
