This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Managing customer emails through a ticketing system
• Ensuring maintenance and follow-up with existing clients
• Providing support via telephone
• Handling the processing of customer files
• Native proficiency in German
• Basic computer skills
• A well-equipped home office (desk, chair, internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, and a noise-cancelling headset)
• Strong motivation and a willingness to excel
• High-speed internet connection
• Competitive monthly salary of €1,200.00
• Fully remote position (home office)
• Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 (German time)
• Maximum of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• 20 vacation days plus all German public holidays off
• Ongoing coaching in various fields
