Customer Support – Inbound Phone Calls – Insurance Tool

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer inbound telephone support to clients when insurance agents are not available.

• Assist in delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in data entry.

• Background in providing high-volume phone support.

• Typing proficiency of 45 words per minute or more.

• Excellent multitasking abilities and time-management skills.

• A personal laptop or desktop computer operating on Windows 11.

• Readiness to install ModSquad security software on both your computer and mobile device.

• Access to a smartphone that can take photos and install applications.

• Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Dual monitors are strongly recommended.
