📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance via incoming calls and emails

• Assist students, parents, and faculty in obtaining the necessary support

• Oversee inquiries related to textbooks and campus services

• Demonstrated experience in customer support

• Tech-savvy individuals who can manage basic troubleshooting

• Experience in customer service roles

• Capability to multitask across various applications

• Familiarity with Zendesk is advantageous
