📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, personalized support to uphold our high standards for customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with customers to grasp their objectives and tackle their challenges through effective ticket responses.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the GlossGenius product by managing support tickets primarily via phone and text.

• Partner with a vibrant team to achieve company objectives, including customer acquisition and retention.

• Collaborate with the team to pinpoint areas for improvement in resources such as macros, help center, and more.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance ticket resolution efficiency, elevate response quality, and uncover insights that enable the team to continuously enhance support.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.

• Demonstrated history of boosting customer satisfaction and meeting or surpassing performance benchmarks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.

• A collaborative team member and a self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency—whether drafting responses, highlighting relevant help content, or identifying trends in customer issues; we seek someone who views AI as a force multiplier rather than a substitute for authentic human connection.
