📋 Description

• Proactively advancing referencing applications to ensure reports are produced for our clients in accordance with our KPI metrics.

• Assisting tenants in securing their ideal home by meeting and surpassing targets.

• Providing professional support to our clients with a high degree of accuracy (which is crucial) and great care through phone, live chat, and email channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a highly targeted and fast-paced contact center is highly desirable - applications with this experience will be prioritized, though it is not mandatory.

• A customer-centric approach that enables you to swiftly identify and comprehend the diverse needs of our clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail, allowing for easy identification of discrepancies.

• It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in conducting credit or ID checks or have worked in the lettings sector.

• You are highly organized and have demonstrated your ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
