Customer Support, English (Dutch-speaking)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries through both email and phone communications.

• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Offer information regarding contract agreements, invoicing, and cancellation policies.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in Dutch (Netherlands).

• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

• Skilled in using MS Office applications.

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.

• Possess a confident and professional telephone demeanor.
