• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to address their technical, scientific, and operational needs.
• Convert intricate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers to meet their quantum computing research goals.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users to ensure the smooth integration of QM products.
• Provide extensive training sessions that cover everything from fundamental functionalities to advanced applications, customized to meet customer needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, spearheading troubleshooting efforts in partnership with R&D and product teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
• Oversee technical installations and the integration of QM solutions for clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer’s ongoing issues, requests, and resolutions.
• Master's degree in experimental physics with practical experience – Required.
• PhD - Preferred.
• Experience in superconducting physics – Preferred.
• Customer-facing and service-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing support or success role - Preferred.
• Proficiency in Python – Required.
• Knowledge of Linux environments, fundamental IT concepts, and networking principles.
• Self-reliant, responsible, motivated, and possessing a proactive attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French – Preferred.
