This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Drive Sales: Take the initiative to reach out to and qualify online leads, facilitating the sales of GenePlanet's medical tests.
• Patient Coordination: Effectively manage and arrange blood collection appointments to guarantee a seamless patient experience.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver timely and efficient support, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues with compassion.
• Performance Analysis: Oversee and evaluate contact center performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Marketing Collaboration: Share insightful feedback with the online marketing team informed by patient interactions and market observations.
• Strategic Input: Partner with the marketing team to enhance lead generation tactics and boost customer engagement.
• Market Intelligence: Relay essential market data to the marketing team to guide strategic decision-making.
• A sales-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/customer service, ideally within a contact center setting.
• Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
• A medical background is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marketing is beneficial.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
