This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Proactively engage with and assess online leads to drive sales of GenePlanet's medical tests.
• Effectively coordinate and arrange blood collection appointments, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver timely and efficient support, addressing patient questions and resolving concerns with compassion.
• Track and evaluate contact center performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Offer insightful feedback to the online marketing team based on patient interactions and market data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and boost customer engagement.
• Relay critical market information to the marketing team to guide strategic planning.
• Results-driven sales mentality with a strong emphasis on achieving targets.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a contact center setting.
• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
• A medical background is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
