Customer Support Consultant, Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chats, and emails

• Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers

• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies

• Manage sensitive customer information with diligence and security

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written communication)

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support position

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Experience within the travel industry

• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
