Customer Support Consultant, Fluent English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, chat, and email interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Spanish and English communication (minimum C1 level, both written and spoken).

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support position.

• A technical background is essential.

• Basic troubleshooting experience is required.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• A positive, proactive, and responsible mindset.

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
