Customer Support Consultant, English C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support through chat and phone calls

• Assist clients with billing inquiries, usage questions, technical problems, and bugs

• Address inquiries in accordance with service level agreements and established protocols

• Clarify platform features, policies, and expectations to facilitate prompt resolutions

• Forward complex or high-priority issues to the relevant internal team

• Investigate missing information and actively pursue solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support position

• Experience delivering customer support via phone and chat

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• Strong skills in problem-solving and adaptability

• Capable of communicating clearly, professionally, and with empathy to customers

• Customer-centric approach and dedication to providing a positive support experience

• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and achieving performance goals

• Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds

• Familiarity with CRMs, ticketing systems, or similar support platforms is advantageous
