• Provide exceptional customer support to clients who speak Norwegian.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to airline bookings, including managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Precisely document customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction continually.
• Strong fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) is crucial, both in written and spoken forms.
• At least a B2 level of proficiency in English is required.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or airline booking is advantageous but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A team-oriented individual with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.
