This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee customer interactions within both domestic and international frameworks.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience while adapting to evolving tools and workflows.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Achieve first-contact resolution while upholding quality and compliance standards.
• Grasp customer concerns and deliver precise, timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex inquiries.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Comply with established SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (essential).
• Excellent communication skills in English (essential).
• Proficiency in at least one Indian regional language (essential).
• Readiness to work in a 24x7 shift environment (rotational shifts based on process allocation).
• PF & ESIC: As per applicable salary structure and statutory regulations.
• Leaves: Compliant with Indian labor policies for domestic processes.
• As per international client policies for global processes.
• Transport: Some companies may offer transport facilities.
• Others might provide a transport allowance instead or none of the above.
• Meals: Offered by select companies (not standardized across all hiring partners).
