This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support new clients with the onboarding process and their initial engagement with our systems.
β’ Address technical questions and concerns.
β’ Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and more.
β’ Record customer interactions and the solutions provided.
β’ Participate in the ongoing enhancement of customer support procedures.
β’ Proven experience in supporting and advising B2B clients, preferably in a SaaS environment.
β’ Background in customer service, technical support, or account management is advantageous.
β’ A solution-focused approach.
β’ Customer-centric attitude with a strong passion for problem-solving.
β’ Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
