• Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and more.
• Record customer interactions and the solutions provided.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of customer support procedures.
• Proven experience in supporting and advising B2B clients, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Background in customer service, technical support, or account management is advantageous.
• A solution-focused approach.
• Customer-centric attitude with a strong passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
