📋 Description

• Provide customer support through chat, email, and phone interactions.

• Deliver technical assistance to help customers navigate and troubleshoot platform issues, utilizing AI tools to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.

• Address product or service inquiries and technical challenges by asking clarifying questions, identifying the root cause, and selecting the most appropriate solution while explaining it clearly.

• Ensure accurate, valid, and comprehensive information is provided to customers and internal stakeholders by utilizing the appropriate methods/tools.

• Offer product feedback and recommendations.
