Customer Support Agent – Entry Level

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• U.S. resident (not including CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)

• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and achieve performance targets

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and online tools

• Capable of working independently and staying accountable to time schedules

• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is desirable but not mandatory

• Knowledge of phone-based or computer-based support environments
