Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• - Addressing customer inquiries across various platforms, such as email, chat, and social media, while ensuring timely and effective resolution of all questions.

• - Managing manual credit tickets and cash transactions, which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to failed buyouts, stuck casino rounds, and processing compensations with accuracy and efficiency.

• - Assisting with translations as necessary, to ensure clear and accurate communication for a diverse range of audiences.

• - Actively enhancing the customer experience by frequently updating FAQ content, performing quality checks, and optimizing the use of current tools for maximum efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Demonstrated expertise in customer support within the gambling sector.

• - Comprehensive knowledge of Poker, along with a strong enthusiasm for the game.

• - Fluent in **Spanish** and **English**, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and effectively in both languages.

• - Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and empathetic interactions with customers.

• - Skilled at multitasking and making sound, effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
