Customer Support, Accounting – Tax Accountant / Tax Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct demonstration calls.

• Listen attentively to and comprehend the requirements of clients in the e-commerce and SaaS industries, providing appropriate solutions.

• Manage support tickets independently.

• Identify quick, customer-oriented solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Automation teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our solutions.

• Create blog articles, templates, and help pages autonomously.

• Actively assist in the execution of the AI and content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in financial accounting or a robust understanding of tax-related processes.

• Experience in direct customer engagement, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Strong comprehension of customer needs.

• Capability to define, monitor, and accomplish realistic goals and KPIs.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

• Tax Accountant / Tax Specialist qualification as indicated in the job title.
