Customer Success Technical Leader – TAM, Splunk Core Platform, DoD/INTEL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver impactful solutions that address customer challenges.

• Onboard and empower customers through engaging workshops.

• Evaluate account health, particularly during renewal periods.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Executives on potential opportunities.

• Advise account teams and customers on best practices for platform utilization.

• Provide strategic technical consulting within the first 90 days.

• Assist in achieving practice KPIs and implementing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in administering and utilizing Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).

• In-depth knowledge of Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and features of Splunk Core products.

• Proficient skills in SPL (Search Processing Language) are mandatory.

• Significant experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.

• TS/SCI Clearance required.

• Strong comprehension of common enterprise applications.

• Skills in statistical and analytical modeling are advantageous.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (bash), application development (Java, Python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.

• Practical experience with the implementation of Splunk products is essential.

• Background in cloud migration initiatives is preferred.
