Customer Success Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Showcase the advantages of Strada solutions, products, and offerings to prospects and clients through engaging, relevant, and high-quality demonstrations.

• Engage in meetings with clients to discuss and evaluate their needs, then propose suitable solutions.

• Develop customized demonstrations aligned with client specifications.

• Ensure that live demo environments are set up, tested, and ready for presentation to clients.

• Organize and arrange demonstrations with the necessary resources within service level agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with the solutions and product teams to enhance the Strada suite of customer engagement practices and tools, providing an exceptional experience to clients and prospects throughout their journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a sales context.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HR/Payroll industry.

• Experience with HR/Payroll software and solutions is preferred (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP Payroll).

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in German (Professional level).

• Proficient in English (Professional level).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Assertive communicator capable of conveying information clearly, structurally, and diplomatically.

• Confident and experienced in client-facing situations.

• Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Competent in working independently while demonstrating a strong commitment to the team and department.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
