Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Examine previous communications and verify refund or replacement information prior to outreach.

• Tailor approved emails to follow up, resume discussions, and encourage genuine Amazon reviews without requesting a specific star rating.

• Document every interaction, response, and subsequent action in the solicitation spreadsheet.

• Monitor additional outreach as required.

• Oversee replies and redirect technical inquiries or troubleshooting issues to customer support.

• Analyze customer histories, craft personalized emails on behalf of the founders, and maintain an updated Excel spreadsheet.

• Strive for customer experiences that result in five-star ratings on the Somnofit-S Amazon listing.

• Adhere to workload, coaching, and performance guidelines set by the lead, who identifies new customer groups for contact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer outreach, or customer service.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. English does not have to be your first language.

• Ability to spend the entire workday composing emails, achieving outreach objectives, and maintaining precise Excel records.

• Availability Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), with a one-hour break each day.

• Fixed working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM SAST throughout the year, aligning with 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) during U.S. standard time.
