This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address partner inquiries through SFPC tickets, chat, video, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
β’ Take responsibility for issues, escalating urgent matters to PDMs or appropriate teams as necessary.
β’ Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication and support.
β’ Oversee a small portfolio of lower-tier partner accounts, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
β’ Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with partner requirements.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer support-related positions.
β’ Excellent command of Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
β’ Strong presentation and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration.
β’ Demonstrated experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
β’ A strong sense of commitment and self-motivation to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
