• Address partner inquiries through SFPC tickets, chat, video, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Take responsibility for issues, escalating urgent matters to PDMs or appropriate teams as necessary.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication and support.
• Oversee a small portfolio of lower-tier partner accounts, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
• Recognize and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with partner requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer support-related positions.
• Excellent command of Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• A strong sense of commitment and self-motivation to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
