Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding support to both our customers and Semios’ Territory Managers.

• Utilize your knowledge of customer challenges to assist them in effectively using Semios’ technology.

• Provide exceptional guidance and support to customers utilizing Semios’ tools and systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and field services departments.

• Implement and execute company initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success.

• Partner with the Customer Success Supervisor and Director of Operations Support to foster engaged customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience in customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, and technical support.

• Highly proficient with technology, demonstrating the ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

• Experience working with software applications and managing data.

• A charismatic personality with a talent for earning customer trust and time.

• Excellent listening and presentation skills to develop and sustain customer relationships.

• Capability to efficiently prioritize and focus on multiple customers and products.

• Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel when necessary.

• A degree or diploma in business or a related field is preferred.

• Direct experience in the Agriculture sector.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
