This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance product adoption and overall satisfaction.
• Perform regular check-in calls, quarterly business reviews, and health score assessments with assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify potential churn risks and escalate concerns to retention teams as necessary.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to refine and enhance the offering.
• Monitor customer success metrics and contribute to team reporting and strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM and customer success platforms, including Salesforce or Gainsight.
• Empathetic and solution-oriented, with a proven history of enhancing client retention.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing a substantial portfolio from a home office.
