This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.
β’ Address user inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
β’ Diagnose issues related to offers, account access, and navigation on the platform.
β’ Refer complex problems to the relevant team, ensuring comprehensive context and documentation.
β’ Keep thorough records of user interactions within our support CRM system.
β’ Recognize recurring issues and communicate patterns to the product team.
β’ Enhance the help center by composing and revising FAQ articles.
β’ Achieve consistently high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by providing authentic, solution-oriented support.
β’ A degree is not necessary.
β’ Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not essential β we will provide training.
β’ Exceptional, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure β you won't mirror the frustration of an upset user.
β’ Well-organized and capable of managing a large volume of tickets without oversight.
β’ Experience with support tools (such as Zendesk, Intercom, or comparable) is advantageous.
β’ Competitive hourly wage of $16β$22/hr.
β’ Completely remote position.
