This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the designated CSM/CSS to provide exceptional service to clients.

• Offer assistance in navigating CDK systems.

• Conduct introductory product demonstrations and provide basic workflow guidance for end users.

• Adhere to established utilization metrics and advise customers on best practices to meet those benchmarks.

• Facilitate client training sessions (both virtual and onsite), scaled webinars, and create reference materials.

• Accurately document all client interactions, action items, and outcomes in internal systems.

• Identify recurring obstacles and escalate them promptly to CSS, Sr CSS, or Customer Care as per the guidelines.

• Maintain a learning plan to enhance knowledge of CDK products, dealership workflows, and fundamental industry concepts.

• Support value-driven discussions by emphasizing how standard features and workflows contribute to achieving client objectives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange sessions, collect resources, and prepare basic reports as needed.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong sense of urgency; capable of de-escalating routine issues with empathy.

• Effective time management and reliable on-time completion of tasks.

• Demonstrates a strong customer service-oriented approach.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail in documentation.

• Ability to clearly articulate product fundamentals and standard workflows.

• Familiarity with dealership operations or business process environments.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for communication, reporting, and analysis.

• Ability to work independently under the guidance of CSS/CSM and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Comfortable working in a remote role and willingness to travel as needed.

• Ability to travel up to 25% to dealership locations.
