• You will make phone calls to salons to convince them to retract their resignation from Booksy services or to prevent cancellation.
• You will engage salons to ensure their Booksy profiles encourage customers to book the maximum number of online appointments.
• You will provide salons with information regarding the operation and functionalities of Booksy for Business and Booksy for Clients.
• You will inform salons about subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
• You will propose solutions tailored to the needs of salons that can be delivered by Booksy.
• You have a **minimum of 1 year of experience** (preferably 2+ years) in the areas of retention, tele-sales, or working on cross/up-selling projects.
• You have experience in the technology industry (preferred).
• You are proficient in Polish at a C2 level or native level.
• You have a working knowledge of English at a B1 level (preferred).
• You enjoy communicating with clients.
• You possess strong writing skills and use proper Polish.
• You are familiar with and can apply communication and persuasion techniques.
• You learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• You focus on achieving goals.
• You enjoy working in a team.
