Customer Success Representative – Tax and Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to deploy and enhance Savant solutions.

• Oversee onboarding, training, and empowerment for customer teams.

• Convert tax and accounting workflows into scalable automated systems.

• Provide guidance on workflow automation, data governance, and process standardization.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in tax and accounting operations and technology.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to relay customer insights.

• Spot opportunities for growth within current accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance consulting.

• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly, Crowe, Mazars).

• Proficiency in tax technology, finance transformation, or process automation.

• Practical experience with Alteryx (preferred), Excel automation, SQL, or similar tools.

• Strong comprehension of tax and accounting workflows (compliance, provision, reporting, advisory).

• Experience in training or enabling teams on technology solutions.

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
