This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide swift and precise technical and operational assistance to operators, staff, and end-users.
• Become well-versed in the product, assist in troubleshooting real-time challenges, and ensure customers receive proper guidance.
• Offer prompt technical and operational support through phone and chat channels.
• Act as a product specialist and reliable technical resource for partners.
• Communicate solutions clearly and ensure follow-up on any outstanding issues.
• Convey customer feedback to enhance product usability and effectiveness.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and mobile OS problems.
• Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple issues at once.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset suitable for a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in remote work settings.
• Eagerness to acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the GoTab platform.
• Experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Availability for nights and weekends is required.
