This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and respond to internal and external emails.
• Engage in team check-in calls to assess account performance and decide on necessary actions.
• Establish, oversee, optimize, and initiate B2B marketing and data-service campaigns.
• Verify campaign launches and anticipated outcomes with clients.
• Lead customer kickoff meetings discussing campaign specifics, performance metrics, and pending launch materials.
• Examine campaign data files for quality and precision prior to delivery to customers.
• Address internal and external inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
• Take part in customer success roundtables, product training sessions, town halls, ERG events, and sales enablement meetings.
• Develop customer summary presentations alongside sales team members.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications and associated internal requests.
• Facilitate and join kickoff meetings, check-ins, campaign summaries, QBRs, and problem-solving discussions.
• Review and analyze deliverables and customer systems from individual data entries to cohort-level assessments.
• Keep track of ongoing and upcoming activities, pinpoint challenges, rectify issues, and proactively prepare for future campaigns.
• Monitor customer status and performance trends.
• Maintain CRM and campaign management software with updated activity records.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins using preferred communication methods.
• Generate custom and standard reports on campaign performance, managed revenue, anticipated revenue, and internal database insights.
• Create reports in formats such as PPT, MSFT Excel, email, and business intelligence software.
• Collaborate with the designated customer success group under the direction of the CSM.
• Work alongside the sales team on customer communication, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Adhere to standard procedures and supply operations teams with necessary materials.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices related to B2B sales, data, and demand generation.
• Represent Anteriad and the customer success team in interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to work independently in a virtual setting without continuous supervision.
• Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving situations.
• Comfortable presenting confidently to both small and large audiences.
• Ability to connect with clients and colleagues in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing high volumes of email, chat, and video-call communications.
• Proficient in deep and accurate analysis of documents and datasets.
• Strong skills in problem analysis and resolution.
• Ability to interact effectively with all team members.
• Capacity to learn and operate SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Qlik, and Anteriad Marketing Cloud.
