Customer Success Project Manager

📋 Description

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to guarantee successful project outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of customer success projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as business development, product, integrations, and support) to align project objectives and facilitate successful implementation of customer solutions.

• Manage and optimize the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and effective utilization of products and services.

• Serve as the primary contact for addressing any project-related issues or challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Maintain thorough project documentation and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

• Partner with leadership to devise and implement strategies aimed at driving customer success.

• Assess project processes and outcomes to recommend and apply enhancements for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 6-10 years of experience in program management or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar credential is advantageous.

• Experience in managing an implementation project with a healthcare customer is a plus.

• Ability to comprehend all functions of the business and foster collaboration between functions to support the organization’s overall goals – must be a communicator and collaborator.

• Accept responsibility and accountability for project success and critical decisions.

• A continuous improvement mindset with a results-oriented and quality-driven approach.

• Advanced analytical skills: proven ability to troubleshoot complex process and system issues.

• Strong communication abilities: capacity to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Experience with Salesforce and project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.

• Preferred experience in healthcare and medical devices.
