Customer Success Product/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of accountability for escalations and strategic projects.

• Work in close collaboration with account management, product, and engineering teams to eliminate obstacles.

• Manage incoming requests and escalations, protecting research and engineering teams from interruptions.

• Identify opportunities for quick wins and prioritize initiatives for swift implementation.

• Convert high-level objectives into actionable tasks with clearly defined owners, timelines, and success metrics.

• Lead initiatives from inception to launch, ensuring ongoing visibility of progress among stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and enhance the product request management process.

• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring adherence to commitments and deadlines.

• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge to foresee challenges and align solutions with customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or customer success related to SaaS enterprise products.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable outcomes in uncertain, high-pressure situations.

• Capability to drive results without direct authority through effective influence and collaboration.

• Strong skills in prioritization, effectively distinguishing between urgent and important tasks.

• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

• Understanding of organizational dynamics, including both formal and informal power structures and competing priorities.

• Proficient in negotiating resources and priorities across different functions.

• Flexible communication style suitable for a variety of audiences.

• Quick learner with a robust technical aptitude to swiftly integrate into complex systems.

• Experience in customer support or customer success is a valuable asset.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher WILL BE A PLUS.

• Experience in cybersecurity or related technology fields.

• Familiarity with autonomous governance systems and operational protocol enforcement.

• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS architecture and infrastructure.
