This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete onboarding process for new customers, from initial setup to successful go-live.
β’ Facilitate and assist partners in following the Launch Checklist, ensuring timely completion of all milestones such as integration, balance replenishment, listing, and communication review.
β’ Act as the main relationship manager for all current customers.
β’ Help customers enhance their visibility and performance through optimized communication, email interactions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
β’ Guarantee that all communications and visuals adhere to brand and compliance standards.
β’ Maintain a top-tier CRM within HubSpot by leveraging AI to automatically log interactions, enrich contact information, flag outdated records, and keep pipelines organized without unnecessary manual effort.
β’ Conduct regular customer reviews to analyze performance metrics and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
β’ Assist in resolving issues and creating feedback loops to enhance the overall customer experience continuously.
β’ Expedite issue resolution using AI β employ AI to classify incoming support tickets, draft preliminary responses, highlight pertinent knowledge-base articles, and accelerate the feedback process.
β’ Proficient in both English and German (written and spoken) β essential.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding, preferably within the loyalty, hospitality, or travel sectors.
β’ Skilled in utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for writing, research, data analysis, and automating workflows.
β’ Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of digital integrations (including API connections, web links, voucher uploads, and campaign dashboards).
β’ Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
β’ Compassionate communicator with a consultative and solution-focused approach, able to combine human intuition with AI-generated insights for improved results.
β’ Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones, utilizing AI to draft asynchronous updates, summarize meeting notes, and keep all parties aligned.
