Customer Success Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the Customer Success team by overseeing the contract cycle and generating renewal quotes.

• Ensure that the deal structure aligns with the subscriptions that are due for renewal.

• Address inquiries from Customer Success Managers regarding quotes, orders, and invoices.

• Follow up as necessary to manage the process through the booking of renewals, including order processing when required.

• Confirm that contract data aligns with financial models and that necessary approvals are secured.

• Act as a data steward for maintaining accurate information on partners, prospects, and customers within Salesforce.

• Assist with various elements of the quote-to-cash process as needed, including opportunity creation and order management.

• Support the sales team by generating renewal quotes, aiding sales representatives, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Manufacturing, Channel, Operations, and Billing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is mandatory.

• Previous experience with quoting, subscriptions, and contracts is essential.

• Experience working with channel partners is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and a proactive individual.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.

• Working hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Background checks are mandatory.

• May need authorization to access software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations.
